RE: RE: News is bad!How could this be good news? They have driven the stock price down and gave themselves a lot of cheap shares and options as well as debetures. This is just a way for them to average down before they flip out all or parts of the company. They will never be able to raise enough money at this level to do anything significant except keep the company solvent for a few more months while they pay huge salaries. They just established a new low that any new partner or investor will have a lot of trouble going above. Hope they do not run this into the ground so they can get their astronomical severance packages. Does anyone have any idea of how they will raise a minimum of $20M equity needed to proceed with their Skookum project? How can a company that has been in constant default with their lenders raise tens of millions of debt let alone not have the lenders take back their operating assets? How much of this new money is needed just to pay the existing mortgage and keep the lenders at bay?
