RE: RE: Irwin Michaels - lawsuitBring it on and more.  Only successful companines have good and numerous law suits.  Every one wants to pick their pockets.  I bet there are numerous other ones as it only proves success?  There are 40 lawyers in NA for every engineer at Fortress (a fact), so the odds are not good for success if there is only one suit.

They need the mills, but more importantly they need a forest.  Forest lands are in high demand right now, more than the mills. There is a reason for this.  Do your own analysis.  Fortress have, I believe, good engineering reasons to negotiate to make sure a forest comes with the mill. They hired a very good engineer who knows more than most how to make the conversion more efficient at lower cost and this is I believe the reason for the suit.
