Someone is selling on news. Not me. Chillax.
The day trading folks anticipate a bump because of good news and unload. If they have a decent load of shares, and it's not a heavily traded stock ie. MDG, then it goes down. 
Tomorrow the sun will rise. And hopefully go down again and then repeat itself. So will people who try to time the market.
Over and out, and hopefully richer in 2 years.
