Warrants!!!!!!!!!!!! Exercised!!!!!

Warrants!!!!!!!!!!!! Exercised!!!!!
Hello Everyone,

I read a few posts and must say that I am never surprised at the number of stup*id questions and absolutely dum speculation.

The latest concerns the financing.

Some are saying a financing at 30 cents, maybe closer to 26 cents.

Dummies, listen well.    Soros owns 15% of the stock, he is a material investor.  He wants control.  He will not allow the company to dilute his ownsership.  He has influence.

Another issue is that of the warrants.   LFD is not going to do a financing when they have material warrants at 65 cents.   This would equate into a double financing and, double dilution.

This is what will happen if price does not hit warrant issue of 65 cents.    A sister company called SNN is sitting on $ 5 million, idle funds.   This firm has same management as LFD and is part of Stan Bharti network.   SNN will loan $ 5 million to LFD to be paid back in 3 months.   Meanwhile stock soars and insiders plus Soros exercise warrants at 75 cents to get more control.   Funds are then paid back to SNN.

LFD announce 10,000 barrels per day of oil and production shortly.   Price soars to $ 4 per share, where LFD does a financing of 15 million shares at $ 4 per share or $ 60 million, enough to drill all the other holes, plus getting funds from oil production.

If you were the shareholder of LFD would you be reckless into financing the company at 30 cents?   This is not a candy shop!!!!  You would be smart and do as I speculate.   But then again, you have to be SMART and there are just too many dum investors with money and no patience.
