RE: 6 Down Days in a RowFrom the press release barely a week ago:
Klondex Chairman &CEO,Bill Solloway, observes,"With funding, permits, plans and contractors in place, the start of Klondex's underground underground development is imminent."
When I get discouraged with the share price or entertain silly thoughts of selling,I always remind myself that a shrewdly managed company such as Silvercorp WANTED OUR PROPERTY BADLY.They were out to acquire a big prize and made the offer.
With their large cash warchest, maybe Silvercorp would have took a much different and quicker route to production.Klondex has no such luxury but will be producing by year end nonetheless.
Concerning the share price,it is frustrating, but KDX is not the only PM stock acting sluggish. In fact, considering the extreme rise in the price of silver, SVM hasn't kept up with some of it's peers.I'll bet that even KDX has outperformed SVM since the first of the year.
Looking for a quick gain elsewhere in the PM sector?
Good luck!
Sell in May and go away?
Maybe. That has been the norm throughout this bull market, but this year has traded dicey and different .Not so sure what's gonna happen this summer.
Sell your Klondex shares now?
Not me.Not this close to finding out what the big prize is that Silvercorp was seeking.
