The number of years of mine life, when there are so many years of mining there, is not as important, in my view, as the annual cash flow and profits generated.
40,000 tons a day at 15 +/- cpht at $X per carat at $14 a ton to mine. mill and administer = earnings and divide that my the number of outstanding shares to get the PE ratio and then apply a 15 to 20 earnings multiple.
It is tough to come up with less than $20 a share.
SOOOOOOO a mine life of over a hundred years and a cash flow that will choke a horse.
