Looking @ Bottom Lines

Looking @ Bottom Lines

Looking @ the bottom lines and using rough math; one  can see

Bottom Line Assets  =      $168  Mil

Bottom Line Liabilities  =  $32 Mil

Total Assets  =    $136  Mil

$136 /  86 Mil shares out  =   $1.58  per share.

At least 50% of the tax liabilities will not be paid due to accounting rules; but I have deducted 100%.

If you add 5 cents per share for gains in Black Iron and

If you add 23 cents per share for gains in S&J  NSM  proper valuation.

This gives $1.86  NAV  per  ABB  share.

Shares are trading at a huge discount, and even more so; when considering the private companies are valued very cheaply.
