The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Haven't really looked into how John Lee has made his purchases either directly or by control or direction, but either way they are cosidered insider buys.

Consider when Pinetree/Sheldon Inwentash make insider transactions. Sometimes Inwentash buys/sells on his behalf or on behalf of or control or direction of Pinetree the company that he owns/controls.

Important thing is that an important insider is buying. GLTA
