Nothing at all unusual about a principle shareholder owning shares through more than one ownership method.

Take a look at the holdings of just about any public company and you'll find the major stakeholders owing shares in their own name, other corporation names, and (frequently) numbered companies.

The reasons for this can be tax treatment, succession planning, takeover protection, or other reasons.

I for one am not concerned about De'ath's holdings via Green Sea (or any other vehicle).

It's good to see that he's heavily invested in the company.

The last thing we need is a leadership team who has nothing to lose by gambling it all away.

Nothing sneaky going on here as far as I'm concerned.
