RE: RE: RE: BEXP Announces Record Montana Bakken CThe MO in the U.S. Baaken is quite different than it has been in Canada.  BEXP is drilling 2 mile long horizontals and has, as a consequence, fracced at least double the number of intervals per well as in Canada.

Which creates startlingly high IPs but massive declines.  It's a good solution to the much deeper (a.k.a.: more expensive) drilling costs in the U.S. Baaken.  Once you're down, drill as far as you can and frac the hell out of the bores.

Paranthetically, I note that this method results in 1/2 the drilling locations per section, so take note.

P.S. GoJerez:  Sure, it's close to our land in the same way that North Dakota is close to South Dakota (i.e.: in other words, basically irrelevant).
