Will produce revenue of approx $8.5Million per month. This is based upon the average annual production rates on Orvana's April Presentation and todays closing prices for gold, silver and copper. This monthly revenue will probably be higher by 10-25% as Orvana is milling the higher/highest grade ore that the UMZ has. We will more than likely see monthly revenue in excess of $9.5Million per month.
Spain
EVBC has over 40,000 tonnes of stockpiled ore as April 8th Investor Presentation. Investor Relations informed me that they are looking for at least 1 Month of stockpiled ore before commencing production. The Mill can process a maximum of 2000 tonnes per day. It looks live Orvana is waiting to hit at least 60,000 tonnes of stockpiled ore before milling will commence. Accordingly April's Investor Presentation has stated production will begin in May which at its earliest is 8 trading days away. Has Orvana increased its ore stockpile since the April presentation? Most likely. Will it begin production before May? Possibly.
Spain will also be producing revenue of approx $12-14Million per month shortly.
Results.
Orvana announced 2010 quarter results on May 14th. I don't expect alot of revenue. Just a Million or two from the depleted Bolivian mine before production began in the UMZ.
I would expect the beginning of May to be spectacular for Orvana as the EVBC comes online and the mess with the Bolivian government gets finalized and investor fears are diminished.
