Its contract surety bonds, such as performance and labor and material payment bonds, are primarily for the construction industry.

You are right in saying that they COULD have started a week ago
on C14 but I dont think so. I agree though that they are probably
a few days into things. C16/C15 was 10 days from start to finish and I expect
this level to be the same. So you are right the passibility is that news
could come out early next week but TSU will not release anything
until Oslo is trading. I am still predicting the first week of May as they cannot
afford anymore mishaps so slow and steady wins the race.
