Its contract surety bonds, such as performance and labor and material payment bonds, are primarily for the construction industry.

Doesn't the fact all guns fired tell us that it must have been the kill mud when the pressure got too high? And now it has not all been cleaned up and they are simply telling us their equipment has come up with this pressure, for this level, for now.
