Its contract surety bonds, such as performance and labor and material payment bonds, are primarily for the construction industry.

I think your arguments are invalid, so I won't comment on them.

As for me, I am deeply invested in TSU, and has been for many years. Having witnessed all of the last four years of developments, I am confident that the management now will start materializing on their efforts.
