Future Production Numbers

Future Production Numbers

Future Production Expectations.

Given that we have over 1 million ounces of reserve and 1 year production.

We can probably make some rule of thumb estimates of future production.

On a quarterly basis;

PTQ produced 13,800 oz from 3000 TPD milling plant; or 4600 oz per 1000 TPD mill.

Increasing milling to by 2000 TPD = 2 x 4600 = 9200 oz.

Total CIP plant production per QTR = 13,800 + 9,200  =  23,000 per QTR

Total CIP plant production per year  = 23,000 x 4 = 92,000 oz.

The heap leach will add at least 40,000 oz.

Total base case annual production  = 132,000 oz.

We also know that production cost will be below $700 per ounce.

We know the 4th mill is being added and the heap leach pads are being built.

So the above numbers are very reasonable.

This just takes into account Molejon; with no consideration given to future exploration lands.
