A private e-mail from Fiona was passed on to the board in this post:

It contained the sentence: "I understand your concerns but we believe we are being fairly valued in the market for what we have produced thus far."

That sentence caused the fuss.

If that sentence was misinterpreted by the users here, the fault lies with the professional who wrote it, not the public who read it.

If the e-mail was not something Fiona wrote (i.e. if it was fabricated), then the fault clearly lies with the poster of the original note, who can be easily identified
