I agree with your assessment that we still have someone continuing to dump. 

I've been told a few times in the past by various company reps that it is Dwek that continues to dump and am always told  that "they are just about done selling",  Not sure if that is the case.  Unfortunately the sells are coming from a number of different houses and Dwek is no longer an insider so we can't track their sales on SEDI.  At this point it is pure speculation.

What the company can do to help combat this is to market the company more effectively to have retail help support the market or arrange to have interested institutions cross out any remaining stock that Dwek has left (if it is infact Dwek). 

As always, the above is IMHO
