In my opinion, Lapointe is cheaper and not better! She rarely answers the phone and doesn't get back to you when you leave a message. I have left numerous voicemails and emails and did not get a call back. This is typical of management to hire someone like this. Just like in the past, when they hired Dave Jones. Never called back, just another reason why shareholders get so angry with this management team.

Its time for Rob Power to wake up and make these people do their jobs!
