There are stones - question now

There are stones - question now

In short:

-          First AFA sampling of EPL3403 northern area finalized 20th of April
-     an earlier sampling in the EPL4304 southern area has been made consisting of some 199 samples (See results below)

-          Results of sampling will be made public in May

-          Second sampling of EPL3403 to start possibly by August

-          Secondary listing on the JSE second half of 2011

-          Trial mining of EPL3403 last quarter 2011

-          Trial mining of Block J after the first exploration phase of EPL3403

This first AFA sampling finalised 20th of April consisted of some 350 samples in the EPL4303 northen concession. This sampling exceeded an earlier sampling made by another operation prior to AFA purchasing the consession rights just recently. That very first sampling in this very concession but in the suthern area consisted of som 199 sampels.

In this southern area based on these 199 sampels some 8 positive samples had been found
comparable to the adjacent Namdeb deposit and that in five of thise there also was indications of positive concentration grades:

Some 199 samples have been extracted and 14 of those samplescontained 23 stones ranging between 0.07 and 2.69 carats per stone, saidLeveille.

"In one area in the south, 8 positive samples had anaverage size of 0.80 carats per stone which is comparable to resultsfrom the adjacent Namdeb deposit, Atlantic One."

"It is also important to note, that multiple stones were found in five samples one of which contained six stones. This is a major indication ofconcentration and confirms that a deposit lies in this specific area, which covers 16 square kilometres.

The northern area geologicallysimilar to Atlantic One covers a vast 160 square kilometres," he said. Leveillesaid the next step is to develop the resources.

"The first sampling has been very positive and has proven presence of diamonds. We now go backto where we have seen the deposits and explore and prospect for the next six months, and then with that completed we can probably envisage trial mining during the last quarter of 2011. From trial mining we switch tocommercial mining."

Conclution -there are proven quanteties of stones in the southern area of EPL3403. The likely hood there will be good awailability of stones now also in the northen area given this area is closer to Atlatic 1 (the largest of shore diamond field in the world) than the earlier sampeld southern area must be considered to be high. At least as many stones as has been prooven to be found in the earlier sampeles in the southern area and not entierly unlikely much more.
