I agree with you. There is something we do not know as to the valuation of the mining property.

Maybe expensive to mine, maybe investment to mine it enormous. This looks almost like a give away considering all the work Mag did, such as ensuring hydro for the plant, other infrastructure. This alone is worth $ 100 M.
