RE: Prospects of SurvivalHere is my take. Remember, these are only my opinions. I'm no psychic. Do your own DD.
1) Court Action -- Either it gets dismissed relatively soon or it will be tied up in the Courts for some time. Nothing really to worry about. Remember, NAG has a counterclaim too possibly. Could be big bucks for NAG if NAG wins. This is not unusual. When you get into business contracts, you will have pissed off parties.
2) NAG will probably recover. They have lots of news still lined up for mines #2 and #3. Nothing has changed. All they need is a new GOOD operator. They need to do THEIR DD when hiring.
3) NAG says it will drill Sask. That should give the s/p a bit of a rise.
4) Remember, they have LL and and they have W. Virginia. Price of coal strong. NAG might do something with W. Virginia and still sell LL ...
5) Mine #4 Blue Gem --- I think that's the biggie after mine #3 ... the permits hopefully will be out in a couple of months ...
SO, do not fret. We've been in this situation before. I have faith in Charles to move the s/p (even if it is for a little while before it goes back down) ...
