DELISTING

DELISTINGDoes anyone know what would trigger a delisting of this stock from the exchange?  If I were a shareholder, I'd be concerned, because if it does get delisted that means that no money will be recovered from the investment.  Or is there still a way of selling your shares even after a stock is delisted?
