I agree that management doesn't seem to know what they're are doing, or atleast don't care. They may even be intentionally driving the price down for some reason.

However, if you think this stock is ever going back up to a dollar, then I suggest you look at how quickly the cash is dwindling and the lack of a plan or indication that there is any way of taking the property into economic production.  If my pappy were to hear this story he'd say, 'Son, this man has himself a nice retirement fund and he ain't going anywhere until the cash runs out'.

If I were you I'd take my losses and run before those losses get worse.
