If the land entitlement is so cut and dry as so many people purpose, why doesn't CAN send a letter to SOC threating legal action & damages if they (SOC) don't stop claiming ownership to our land and if they don't take it off their website. IMHO, once it is off SOC’s website, it will be truly fully resolved, and I suspect then CAN will seek to be listed on the TSX, and I suspect we will see SOC take the land offer their website. Based on what has transpired to date, it will not be CAN, but the Taz gov’t, dealing with it if the court system decides to hear the case.

BTW, I have several cars, trucks, and pieces of property to sale. Please, ignore the different name on the entitlement because I really own them. Now, who can truly say that they would still buy from me. Also, who can say this same dilemma doesn't affect CAN's SP or how it is going to be received by the market. If you truly believe that it doesn't then I do have several cars, trucks, and pieces of property to sale, and yes, please ignore the entitlement difference.

FYI, I’m a long on CAN and have held it for a while, and my sarcasm is not about me not wanting see this issue truly resolved, but rather at the choice to ignore/deny the truth about the issue.
