RE: RE: RE: RE: pump and dump
RE: RE: RE: RE: pump and dumpThank you for clarifying and elaborating.
The reason I think this stock is going to collapse is because the company is virtually controlled by one man who does everything from deciding where to sample, oversees the sampling and evaluates it. The whole premise of the value here was based on his thesis of what was in the ground. A thesis that now has been disproven. The money is running out, there isn't anything to be seen and now that the stock was promoted and collapsed the way it did it will be very difficult to raise another round of financing, especially without any proof that there is anything there, let alone an economically feasible something.
Management has announced they want to acquire more claims, which is viewed by some, including myself, an admission that there is nothing worth pursuing.
The buyers of BE are dominated and controlled by the biggest player, thereby eliminating the exit options - maybe they're hoping to sell to the big player
Investor sentiment on this stock is very negative and therefore the stock will be viewed as a curse by some investors. Would you tie yourself to a big disappointment?
Then there is a very important consideration - instinct. If something smells bad, looks bad and feels bad...well then I'd say it is bad.
To clarify, I do not agree with you that this stock follows a typical pattern for an exploration company. Case in point - TRR among others. This is more like the pattern for a pump and dump. My guess is they probably even hired a team that has a record of that to promote the stock. Hence, why I question management's ability and business acumen.
At a time when investors are making fantastic returns in junior stocks, for them to take a hit like this is unnecessary. For them to believe that this management will overnight get smart, change their values, or their way of doing things is unfounded.
Loosers typically remain loosers and winners typically remain winners.
At the end of the day, the results speak for themselves - don't they?
