Playbooks selling for $150 - $200 over list price

I watched a few auctions go to completion last night...
I saw a couple of 16GB models sell for right around $640 (US). This guy:

has already sold 4 32GB models for $810 (US).
Pretty nice mark-up for these sellers over the advertised prices at Best Buy ($499 & $599 for 16GB and 32GB respectively).
