I do however think that there's more than meets the eye here.

IVW needed to raise cash and did so (in the most recent round) at a reasonable price per share (it was around 33 cents I recall).

Before that they needed to raise cash when there was a high risk involved, so the 12.5 cents (or whatever it was during the long shutdown after the Esperence debacle) seemed relatively reasonable.  Without it we would all be left with nothing.

I can't believe that it is in anyone's interests (minority shareholders or majority players) to see Magellan on Care and Maintenance, nor have the value of the shares in the company beaten up with all this uncertainty going on.

Regardless of the apparrent conflict of interest here, I still have faith that the management team, executive, board of directors, and majority shareholders all want to increase the equity and valuation of the company.

That's why I'm still a shareholder.
