RE: only a matter of time

RE: only a matter of timeSCSC: You're probably right about the stock popping on news (if past history is any indicator). The question is "when" will those results will be released?

ANBCA: Talk of Tigray being spun out has been ongoing for a long time.  To me, this big move up in the stock simply based on that alone doesn't make sense especially given the fact the s/p had been heading straight down for 2 months  in a market that couldn't be any hotter quite frankly.  TD's 0.05 valuation for Tigray suggests this deal is immaterial which should make one question the recent move. On the other hand, your $1 target price is suggestive of something much larger. If this were the case, there would have been a ramp up in s/p prior to this announcement not the bizarre decline which immediately followed the closing of a large financing at much higher prices.  If your comment about the Dr is indeed correct (and honestly, how could anyone ever verify this? it could be complete BS for all I know) then this could also account for the unusual and abrupt turnaround in the s/p and trading volume. Maybe you guys don't think so, but I certainly believe the outcome of this dispute is very material. I don't know, I am just guessing. Am I starting to sound like Ike here? If so, my apologies...
