I believe the court issue has great relevance, as I believe Nag was aware in January that a suit was pending and that would mean two PP's would have gone out for filling prior to notifying the shareholders. How many people do you think would have walked away from buying into the PP if they knew a lawsuit was pending?, I know I would have. I consider this to be deceitful and probably breaching some trading rule. The information I posted is the original filing information from court documents, with the whole court document available at a cost of $36, I believe that, over the Sedar filing. Your comments on what problems exist are valid but then how many years have we been saying that now? This court issue is just another nail in the coffin of a company that has promised us a strong future but PRODUCED nothing but sub standard coal and massive share dilution for the benefit of nobody but themselves.
