How to get the mill without too much dilution!

I wonder if the mine output can be significantly increased, say double or triple beyond what is being shipped. Stockpile the excess production for, say, a year or so, and use the mined ore as collateral to finance the mill.

I know, I am not a miner, and this is kind of out there, but any thoughts?
