The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE: RE: Holy Doom and Goom......so you think this is all just chance?  Thinking like that is what got us to where we are today.  I do not intend to sell given that it is extremely unlikely that this could be managed more poorly that is is currently being managed, but the use of the word confident is not one that I would be willing to use with anything this management, or RJ is doing or going to do.  Are you confident that they wont drill a few more holes and then just walk away?  Are you confirdent TLM will release results?  Are we ever going to see results from Balay 1 or 2?  There is no good outcome here.  Even if the well is good why would they dilute shareholders like this today?
