shorted down

We have been shorted down by the looks of the L2. 1500 and all odd lots like 1534 etc... Now what kind ot tactic is that? All it does as far as I know is a warning from your platform that odd lots are overcharged! If they put all or nothing which I think can be used in the states, it could be a double edged sword that cuts both ways.
