RE: RE: Problems with mining shares ?Jim is an unusual character...I think he's very selective in what he tells us about TNX. I'm sure he has a long range plan but I certainly don't know what it is or how long it will take to achieve it. As a result it's hard to say if the stock is over-valued or under-valued - so the share price vacillates and shows no specific direction regardless of the various news releases or the price of gold. If you have followed his reports for the past 6 or 7 seven years you know that he talks about success for TNX as though it's always just around the corner. In the earlier years, there was a lot of emphasis on the unique value and advantage of a royalty company for shareholders. Then the emphasis was placed on the value of the large nickel property ...then the emphasis shifted to surface mining for gold and I think the latest is
Buckreef. I just had a look at the Confidentiality Agreements map on the web site and noticed the statement at the bottom of the map which states: "No CA'S in place at the present time". So what does this all mean? I have no idea! I don't follow this board much anymore because I moved my investment into other companies that have done better by far and in a shorter time period. Perhaps TNX will eventually end up being a success story, and perhaps the potential share price objective of $60. once quoted by Jim in an interview, will be achieved, but I don't have enough information at this time to give me that level of confidence. I can't wait forever...I'm retired and have been for a while, so I need to make my money grow...it just wasn't happening with TNX. I have no reason to believe that Jim isn't a person of high integrity with genuine concern for his shareholders; however, the fruits of his unconventional approach to building a company have yet to be seen...in my humble opinion.
