Whether or not this was on purpose......well you just have to wonder about HBM and how they have dealt with partners in the past?
The danger here for VMS is shareholders is a buyout before the FULL value of Reed is known. That could take several years to prove up and it all depends on how aggressively HBM drills and releases results.
From HBM&S/HBED's standpoint they have enough ore in the resource model to get board approval.....JUST enough to justify mine developement but LOW enough that VMS's share price drops.....
Dirty tricks?
Or just luck on HBM's part?
