The last significant news was released on April 1, 2011, not Feb. 20, 2011.  It is the first time we know all the drilling locations, and exact size of the mineralization. You do not need to be a geologist and can still figure out the mineralization size.
I heard some people were bashing RGX behind the scene, and that may be one of the reason for dropping. Things will turn around really soon.
