RE: DRILLING

RE: DRILLINGI am not sure where SLX will get their cores assayed , but i do know assay labs are very, very busy in north america.
Typically you are looking at 8 weeks minimum now ,  from the time the labs receive the cores to get results. Some companies ,if they believe they are looking at a discovery of significance,  will pay the extra to have the results expedited ( rush assays). Usually just a juicy looking part of one drill core.
Obviously the time to assay 1000 metres of core is less than 15,000 metres.
Once the drilling is done  , then a certified person ( geologist) must oversee logging , tagging and splitting of the cores. This takes time as well, altho can be sped up with sufficient manpower, and SLX looks to have added extra geologists so that drill program should run fairly quick and smoothly.
I would be very surprised to see results back in less than 3 months from the time they begin drilling.
