Nuclear industry's trillion dollar question

Nuclear industry's trillion dollar questionhttps://www.moneycontrol.com/news/features/the-nuclear-industry%60s-trillion-dollar-question_536704.html

Trend to bundle 'safe' NPPs and U308 supplies is the gist of the article. Since GE NPPs are Fukushima types, any association with GE (e.g., Cameco) may prove detrimental. UUU's alignment with Rosatom is therefore a mixed bag unless Rosatom can demonstrate their NPPS are cheaper and 'safer'. Net-net, while UUU+Rosatom is better than CCO+GE, it is the French (Areva) and South Koreans that are making headway.

Anyone know who has a strategic U308 supply arrangement with French (Areva) and South Koreans?

Based on this article, whoever they are will be the survivor's in the U space.

Btw, given OMERS reaction, any U company that is closely affiliated with CANDU NPPs (AECL) is likely to be viewed as 'toxic'.
