Read IT Through Again, Carefully!!!

Read IT Through Again, Carefully!!!Yes, Barrick's friendly offer was "ONLY"  $ 1.15 per share higher=====BUT====

ABX, BARRICK's offer IS at A PREMIUM of------42%----------to what EQUINOX's share price was on April 1st.
when MINMENTAL RESOURCES made their offer of  $ 7.00 per share!!!
IE.  An increase on an increase.

AND-----------------ALSO------------

According to the News Release  it clearly STATES that:

There were-------and I quote--------"enquiries from a number of other parties"

Am I NOT reading the News Release properly?  What have I missed here?

Anyway, that besides the point--------------
I think I make a VERY GOOD ARGUMENT in principle---don't I?

Once again, I could be WRONG!!!   I USUALLY am??!!??

Have a good one,
