Financing. Comments

First of all I am very long VST stock and warrants (not a great move)
unless they decide to extend them (unlikely)
Been a long time follower, just became a member.
Just interested what anybody thinks about chances of a surprise financing (pp)
How much cash does VST have available?
Also long PTA which is waiting on big drill results, stock drops from .70 to .23 for no reason,
while waiting on supposed great potential results. Then big placement is done at .20
Hopefully someone can explain why this isn't a scenario for VST?
