RE: 7 cents?Quebec No. 2 (Broker Macquerie) got 20.6M shares on January 20th and another 34.2 M shares on February 7th.
Since January 7th, they have unloaded 12.7M shares under Macquerie broker, so we didn't see bottom yet as they now try to unload at .08, then .07, then .06 and so on...
