So then why are you invested in Golden Valey Mines? Take a look at their "Transactions with Related Parties" in the annual financial statement. Page 16, 2/3 down the page. They spent over 200k in transactions with related parties. Including rent. So, can you now give me an example of a company that you are invested in that does not have these dealings?


Just becasue you say something doesn't make it so. You have to do some research and back up your talk with facts.

I can find an example of another company which has a CEO that runs multiple companies, consults for the company, sells properties to the company, etc... This to me appears to be the norm, rather then an exception in the mining industry.

No, it's not the norm.
And I wouldn't buy those companies.
