Big item is amortization.  They had 1.682 million in amortization expense as of 9/30 and it went all the way to 3.5 for 2010.  So 1.9 in Q4 vs 578K in Q3.  I will call tomorrow and ask Leader why the big difference.

So if you actually look at cashflow, it's almost identical between Q3 and Q4.  Another positive indicator is that net cash went up by 400K for the qtr.

Cashflow was about 1.9million for Q4.  So divide 1.9 by the ~20million FD shares out and you get .10/qtr cashflow.  Very cheap compared to 1.00 share price. 

Operations were very similar in Q4 to Q3.  Revs were up but so were expenses.  Just had that big jump in non cash amortization.  So looking forward, we should do well in 2011.
