Polaris Renewable Energy Inc. is engaged in the acquisition, development and operation of renewable energy projects in Latin America. Its Vista Hermosa Solar Parks are located in the village of Vista Hermosa, Corregimiento de Pueblos Unidos, Aguadulce district, Cocle Province. Through its subsidiary Generacion Andina SAC, it owns 8 de Agosto, a Run of River hydroelectric operation.

RE: RE: RE: Trading haltThis company is sooooooo badly run. I can't believe they're now raising  cash and basically we're talking a 33% dilution. 2 months ago they could have raised money at around 2$ a share, now they're looking at around 80 cents, plus warrants.
I am very dissapointed in this management. Perhaps more than only Mr. Ram should have resigned. There is only so much abuse shareholders can take.
