SIR Royalty Income Fund (the Fund) holds investment in SIR Corp (SIR). The Funds' investment, SIR is engaged in the business of owning and operating full-service restaurants in Canada. SIR has concept restaurant brands, including Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill, Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar, and Canyon Creek Chop House, signature restaurant brands, such as Reds Wine Tavern, Reds Midtown Tavern, Reds Square One, and The Loose Moose, which are used by SIR under a license agreement with SIR Royalty Limited Partnership (the Partnership. The Fund receives distribution income from its investment in the Partnership and interest income from the SIR Loan. The Fund indirectly participates in the revenues generated under the License and Royalty Agreement through its Investment in the Partnership.

RE: RE: Bid/ask/liquidityIn terms of suspicious I don't mean anything below board--I do feel SRV is stable in this price range and am only looking to put in a piddly amount (between 10-15k for now, had 55k in this in the runup from I think around 8/9 to 11).
Just that sometimes I've felt as if my bid was being blatantly frontrun a split second after I placed my bid, and this after the same bid existed for most of the day with no movement, this has happened a few times.  Once I upped my bid twice within moments and I was outbid within a split second both times (out of place considering the market bid had not moved all day and there was little volume).  Could be some sort of algo, someone trying to put in a bid floor?
