Is he valuing the company based on current (non) production? Including the potential of the higher capacity Minot plant? Probably not.
The posters here have discussed at length the potential profit to made in functional foods etc. but no one really knows how much we can sell the final product (hence the comparison/extrapolation to soy proteins)
He's right: BXI SP can be manipulated by big money. no kidding & welcome to small caps.

BTW He also pontificated about RAM power. He has no idea what he is saying (check the RPG board for facts) and clearly does not have any deep knowledge of the company (good or bad), but he does (somehow) have an opinion.
