Funds....Hello Everyone,
Looks like Soros wants control of LFD and does not want new shareholders. It appears that price was held down to have the 75 cents warrants expire worthless at beginning of July 2011.
Agreement probably in place that Soros would then most likely participate in financing all by himself, most likely again at 30 cents if warrants expire worthless.
This is indeed good news which means that concentration of the shares will be in the hands of a billionaire whom does not trade for pennies. Longer term stock will soar.
Also we will have less dilution since warrants in July 2011 were of a material amount.
I have a feeling that LFD will spike up any day now. Just a feeling I have.
