Many prominent investors and investment houses have invested in Facebook privately before a possible IPO.
The difference between Facebook and Intertainment Media Inc. is that many prominent investors and investment houses and the GENERAL public have invested in INT as a public company with full disclosure in the open market.
Facebook has faced its own share of bashing by the shorts before an IPO.

So why hasn't Facebook issued a cease and desist order against these bashers?
Probably because they figure the general public will see through these ridiculous accusations.
As most likely, INT will weather the storm of ridiculous accusations by bashers and shorters as well.
Intertainment Media Inc. may still seek legal action against ridiculous accusations made towards the company in the future.
