Its contract surety bonds, such as performance and labor and material payment bonds, are primarily for the construction industry.

Interesting timing

Ask yourself why QEC (who was under no time limit to sign anything) would sign now with a final SP set in the agreement, before Karl-101 testing results are complete? (as opposed to after all the testing). The answer is clear. The 40 million shares will be worth a lot more in the coming weeks.
