No New Shares!

Equally as important as listing on the Nasdaq is the fact that they won't be issuing new shares. This would have been an opportune time to do another BD but they chose not to. In my mind that means that we will not have another BD for a long time! So this announcement takes two big monkeys off of Wi-Lan's back!
