Never try to catch a falling knife

Never try to catch a falling knifeNever try to catch a falling Knife you will get broke. This is the sentence a successful investor told once. Now I think I really understand the meaning....
Honestly a financing at 0.5-0.6$ would kill us and make more than 400 millions fully diluted shares.
This is a vicious cycle and then if we have another setback (which is highly probable when u see that after spending 50$ million at Orita they just got 12MW ) we will make the next financing at 0.2$
Never try to catch a falling knife.....
I have to think over the next few hours if I am selling my position. I can still sell it a very small loss better that being stubborn and not look at reality and be at 0.2$ in few months should they face another setback and another dilution....
As I said before we should accept to be bought by altera to avoid this kind of dilution....
Time to think....
